PRESIDENT BEN LAZBIN

AKRON, OH || JUNIOR

Hello everyone, my name is Ben Lazbin and I am extremely excited to be serving as the President of Pi Sigma Epsilon, Gamma Nu at The Ohio State University for the 2024 year!

When I got to OSU as a freshman, I knew I wanted to get involved in an organization right away, and found my way into PSE my first semester here. I knew I wanted to be a leader in this chapter and give back to the organization and was chosen as the Director of Fundraising for 2022. Following that I continued my leadership and was elected as the Vice President of Chapter Operations for 2023. I knew that I wanted to lead such an awesome, driven group of individuals, so I chose to run again and was elected President for the 2024 year!

I wouldn’t trade this experience for the world; I’ve met some of the greatest people who have pushed me in all aspects of my life. PSE has given me so much, so now I want to give back to my fellow members. I’m so fortunate to work along side such a passionate team with so many amazing ideas. We have so many great things planned for the year that are going to take our chapter to new heights! I invite you to look around the website and learn more about our PSE family, and feel free to reach out to us anytime!

VP OF HUMAN RESOURCES SEMA ALTAWAM

CLEVELAND, OH || JUNIOR

Hello everyone! My name is Sema Altawam, I’m a third-year Marketing major with a minor in Arabic, and I am currently the Vice President of Human Resources for PSE. Over the past 2-3 semesters in this organization, I’ve gotten the privilege to grow, both socially and professionally, alongside like-minded driven and dedicated individuals. Whether it be through case competitions, development workshops, or site visits, PSE has allowed me access to professional experiences I wouldn’t have had the chance to undergo otherwise. Not only that, but I now have a wide network of diverse peers who I get to call best friends and brothers for life.

With that said, I can’t wait to take the lead in recruiting our next two classes, as well as continue to strengthen our alumni relations!

If you have any questions regarding recruitment or PSE’s alumni network, feel free to email or message me through LinkedIn!

VP OF ADMINISTRATION ANGELA MIN

LITTLE FERRY, NJ || JUNIOR

Hi everyone! My name is Angela Min and I am a third year Marketing major with a Minor in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from North Jersey. I joined PSE spring of my second year and it has been one of the best decisions for numerous reasons. As cliche as it sounds, it has shaped my journey at Ohio State. I found life long friendships, developed professional and leadership skills, learned life skills from my peers, and grew as a person socially and professionally.

Running for Vice President of Administration has been one of the most challenging yet rewarding experiences. I never thought as a new member I would help lead the chapter, yet here we are. With that being said, my main Admin duties consist of managing all internal logistics, planning brotherhood events, writing The Slice weekly which is the PSE Newsletter, and maintaining the brotherhood and engagement within our chapter through proactive initiatives. I am excited for this term and am really excited to work with the rest of the 9 other E-Board members to have a successful year!

AKRON, OH|| JUNIOR

I am a second year here at Ohio State and I joined PSE with no prior intention or knowledge on businesses fraternities. I was immediately encapsulated by the community of PSE that made entering this new world so seamless and welcoming. Learning about so many different types of people and their experiences at Ohio State has proved to help in my career as a student in numerous ways. The opportunities offered and created by PSE has been constant and has grown my own passion for it. I am now so honored to be a part of such an amazing group of people, lead this year’s chapter, and do all we can to grow PSE.

As Vice President of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, it’s my role to continue to foster positive environment where any and everyone feels comfortable. I work to ensure brothers have the platform to highlight their differences and what makes them unique. We applaud diversity and want all brothers to feel seen, heard and valued. I do this through regular committee discussions where we learn and dialogue, experience different cultures through different events, and hearing from speakers who have experienced how DEI affects them in the real world. My role puts an emphasis on PSE’s initiatives to ensure DEI, but it’s the brothers passion and willingness to learn that makes our chapter so special. We hope to continue to grow the initiative’s we take by intertwining DEI into all aspects of PSE and going out of our way to make sure DEI is always a priority.
